ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once your order is placed and processed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any fence materials, including Aluminum, Chain Link, Vinyl, and Wood. This is because our products are custom-ordered or cut to the specifications you have provided.

Exchange Policy (Manufacturing Defect)

We understand that sometimes issues may arise with products. If you discover a manufacturing defect with your purchased materials, we offer an exchange. The item must meet the following criteria to qualify for an exchange:

  • The defect must be reported within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • You must provide proof of the defect, such as images or other documentation.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was when received.

If your product qualifies for an exchange, we will gladly send you a replacement item. In some cases, you may be required to return the defective item before a new one is shipped out. Please contact our customer service team at salesdesk@affordablefenceguys.com with the reasoning as well as pictures of the defect (Must not be scratched or previously installed) to begin the exchange process.

Non-Defective Products

If the materials were ordered correctly and are in good condition but no longer needed, we will not be able to process an exchange or refund. Please ensure that you double-check your order before completing the purchase.

Shipping and Handling

All shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted due to a manufacturing defect.
